For more than two decades, I advised corporate and private equity clients in Dublin and London on strategy, growth, and due diligence. While I loved this work, over time, I came to realise what energised me most was working with people – understanding what drives them, what challenges them, and what helps them succeed.
That realisation sparked a defining question: What do I really want to do? Answering it honestly changed the direction of my career. It gave me the clarity to shift my focus from advisory to coaching. I trained as an Executive Coach and became Head of Coaching at EisnerAmper.
When I made the decision to focus on coaching full-time, I wanted to build something bespoke and discreet, grounded in trust and integrity. Today, I partner with talented leaders and teams – helping them think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and perform at a higher level.
The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.
- Carl Jung
Like many of my clients, I believe in lifelong growth and learning. I hold coaching qualifications from leading institutions including Henley Business School and the Academy of Executive Coaching. I'm a licensed NLP practitioner, a qualified yoga teacher, and I've deepened my practice through trainings in emotional awareness and resilience, mind-body integration, mindfulness and leadership embodiment.
I bring real-world leadership experience to every engagement – as an Advisory Partner at EisnerAmper and with a Big 4 firm in London advising corporate and private equity clients on strategy and due diligence. Having worked at senior levels and trained extensively as a coach, I bring both commercial insight and human understanding to the people and teams I work with.

I've always been drawn to the balance between opposites and the insights that emerge when we hold both at once. In my work, I draw from different sides of myself: the strategic and the intuitive, the structured and the imaginative, the detail and the big picture — and I invite my clients to do the same.
My goal is to help you connect with your potential and excel in a way that feels true to who you are — not shaped by outside expectations but grounded in your own identity and purpose. Because I believe the most important work we can do is to know ourselves deeply — and to have the courage to live from that place.
